In this position, you design and develop high-performance analogue and mixed-signal circuits for complex Automotive ASICs, specifically for electrification and smart power applications. You own the complete development flow, from specification and architecture definition to implementation, verification, characterization, and product release. You analyze and optimize analog architectures regarding performance, robustness, quality, cost, and manufacturability, ensuring first-class results. You therefore provide technical leadership for critical circuit blocks and contribute to system and product architecture decisions. In close collaboration with layout, verification, test, product engineering, and application teams, you ensure first-pass silicon success and support ASIC qualification as well as problem-solving throughout the entire product lifecycle. You identify, analyze, and mitigate design risks related to functionality, reliability, EMC, and ESD robustness. Simultaneously, you technical coach junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing and best practice development.
