Construction manager for turnkey office and school buildings (m/f/d)

In the building management you are responsible for the execution phase of turnkey construction projects (office buildings, school buildings, administrative buildings) and ensure smooth implementation at the construction site As a generalist (m/w/d), you coordinate several construction phases (earth and civil engineering, raw construction, façade construction, extension), alternatively as a specialist (m/w/d) a specific construction phase or certain structures – in each case with regard to quality, dates and costs You work in the team with several construction managers and in coordination with the overall project management and agree with both the builders and our in-house planners and other construction partners You control the tenders and procurement processes together with our technical purchasing and construction businessmen You are also responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements, occupational safety and health at the construction site

You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering or architecture, alternatively you have a qualification as a technician (m/w/d) or a master degree. Single, multiannual professional experience has enabled you to collect turnkey projects in the function as a construction manager, or you are a specialist (m/w/d) for certain construction sections with the interest of further developing generalistically. You can master the German language in word and writing. You will enjoy the open team together and identify with your project. You like to work independently and are ready to take responsibility. This also gives you a concrete perspective on the further development of the project manager (m/w/d)
