As a (Senior) consultant, you will develop organizational, technical or technical (re)insurance projects in the national or international environment. You control projects at the interface of Business & IT, accompany the implementation of optimization or digitization processes and shape our consulting portfolio. You use your experience in Customer, Sales (Omnichannel), Data Analytics (Data Ocean), AI, Operations, Core Platforms (Platform Economics), Account Management or Digital Finance to help our customers or Key Accounts to support them. You recognize sales potentials, support successful marketing with the customer and actively develop our themed performance portfolio in an agile environment.

You bring multi-year professional experience as a consultant in a management consultancy, a (back) insurance, an InsurTech or an insurance-related start-up. You already have (first) experience as (part) project management with knowledge in classic and agile methods. It is fun to develop a vision of the future together with our insurance customers and to help them prepare for them. You have knowledge of German and good to very good English. You have a successfully completed university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration or comparable training. You can enjoy occasional trips within the DACH region to serve our customers locally.
