With your organizational talent and your open-minded way, you can support our sympathetic tax consulting team in the client service: Self-employed office organization including the completion of German-speaking correspondence, appointment coordination, master data maintenance in the CRM system as well as deadline monitoring and support in the transmission of tax returns Preparing or supporting in the manufacture Preparation of presentations and creation of offers Pre- and post-processing of meetings and client appointments Further development and implementation of organisational standards Participation in team events of the branch

Business or tax training (buyer for office management or Office communication or tax specialist (each m/w/d) or the like), alternatively also a completed (bachelor) degree (First) Professional experience in assistance environment, like in a comparable company, is a plus Secure computer skills (especially MS Office applications) and affinity for digital processes Organizational talent, fast conception and fun at a good team meeting The right attitude: You like to think beyond the edge of the plate, bring your own initiative and a very structured way of working and are open to new things (e.g. new IT tools, changing tasks)
