Cook at the Rittergut Nickelsdorf

The Rittergut Nickelsdorf is a place of encounter and education in Crossen an der Elster. For many years we have been welcoming guests to host class trips and group trips as well as celebrations such as weddings, birthdays and anniversaries. All our guests are looking forward to serving and hosting freshly prepared regional dishes. We work with regional producers and process products from our own herbal and peasant garden. We need many helpful hands and look for reinforcement in our kitchen.

YEARS:

• Preparation of cold and warm dishes for full meals in the youth guest house, the implementation of buffets for celebrations such as weddings, birthdays, corporate celebrations

• independent menu planning as well as ordering and purchasing goods

• Pre- and post-processing of all kitchen activities
