Completed commercial training or study with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in (preparing) payroll accounting Excellent knowledge of German pay tax, labour and social security legislation Versified handling of common HR software (ideally SAP and/or Hansalog) and Office365, in particular Excel Strong communication skills in German and English High reliability, accuracy and discretion Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-based decisions
