Team Leader Transport Management - Transport & Customs (m/f/d)

In your role as team leader, you are responsible for the professional and organizational support, motivation and development of your team. With your team you are responsible for the planning and operational commissioning of the national and international shipping of our products by land freight, including the production of export and export documents in compliance with customs and forwarding requirements. With your team, you are responsible for the organisation of internal transports between our warehouse locations and resulting inventory management. In your responsibility, you contribute to the design and optimization of the logistics network in close cooperation with internal interfaces. You cooperate closely with internal interfaces to optimize the logistics network. You act as an escalation entity in critical loading and inventory situations and work with your team or in coordination with forwarding and storage service providers as well as internal interfaces to develop short-term solutions. You initiate and accompany process optimization/projects in the context of increasing digitization in the field of transport and inventory management, especially the introduction of SAP TM.
