In the team IT infrastructure operation of OE 2130 IT services and operation, we ensure the stable, secure and efficient operation of our technical infrastructure. From client and workplace solutions to telecommunications to strategic cooperation with our central IT service providers such as financial informatics, we are responsible for central building blocks of our business model. In a dynamic environment of regulatory requirements, requirements for IT resilience, technological development and rising quality requirements, we continuously develop our control and operating processes. In order to further develop our technical change management as well as the service provider control, we are looking for a structured and communication-strong personality that takes responsibility and acts across areas. Your job – how to shape our future: Take responsibility for technical change management: You are responsible for the continuous development of our technical change management. You not only design processes conceptually, but also ensure their acceptance, quality and effectiveness in practice. You ensure that changes are controlled early, structured and comprehensible – across the range and in close coordination with relevant interfaces. You establish clear standards, promote their consistent application and gradually develop change management to a professional, sustainable level. Be the central interface for technical changes: you ensure that our IT department is involved in relevant technical changes at an early stage and that our requirements are effectively represented. You act as a connecting/r impulse generator between infrastructure, departments, subsidiaries and other internal units. You create transparency over planned changes, risks and dependencies – and actively contribute to a stable, resilient IT development. Financial Informatics strategically manage and develop: As a central contact person, you take over the structured control of our most important IT service provider. You continue to develop cooperation towards transparency, liability and quality and ensure that requirements, escalations and strategic topics are professionally addressed. You keep an overview of the scope of services, new products, planned changes and contractual requirements – and systematically introduce them into our internal control logic. Support the operation of infrastructure services: In addition, you will be involved in the operational environment of the IT infrastructure. You support operation, troubleshooting and rollout. This will help you to relieve the team and ensure the stability of this infrastructural core area. Your profile – so you can introduce yourself: Qualification: You bring the technical understanding through a completed study with IT focus, an education in the IT field or comparable qualification. Experiences in change management, IT processes or service provider control are advantageous. Structured and process-oriented mode of operation: You think in clear processes and contexts and enjoy making processes understandable, practical and effective. Analytical thinking and quality standards: You work structured, identify optimization potentials and keep track of complex issues. Communication and moderation strength: You move safely between specialist areas, IT units and external partners. In this case, you will appear binding, solution-oriented and address-oriented.

Your Benefits: Attractive remuneration: The Sparkasse is a collective employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is governed by the collective agreements. This place is rated with pay group 10, i.e. within the tariff level model, depending on the professional experience, in a range of € 62.000 to € 80,000 per year. In addition to the table fee, further collectively regulated services, such as the annual special payment or special savings banks, are also paid.
