Development and structuring of the application landscape as well as ensuring operation, support and technical development of the central task management Redmine Representation of company-specific requirements in internal and group-wide voting and proactive communication of changes and innovations in the application landscape to the departments Analysis of weaknesses in applications, processes and responsibilities as well as derivation and monitoring of appropriate optimization measures inclusion, assessment and implementation of technical requirements in close cooperation with the departments, taking into account current standards and architectural guidelines Conceptual development and structuring of task management, ticket systems and relevant interfaces in the internal and group-wide environment

successfully completed studies of computer science, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics or a comparable analytic subject; alternative a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience Experience in the care, development or introduction of business applications, ideally in the environment of task and ticket systems such as Redmine, Jira or TopDesk, as well as good understanding of change processes, rollouts and tests expressed logical thinking, a structured and independent way of working and a high conceptual understanding; technical know-how in handling API interfaces, cross-system connections, and basic knowledge in Linux, databases, scripting and technical adaptation of web-based applications Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing as well as an open, communicative personality with hands-on mentality Joy in cross-departmental cooperation as well as in the role as a connecting interface between business and IT
