In your function, you will support the department in the timely implementation of requirements from penalty packages as well as other legal requirements, in particular within the framework of CBAM, EUDR and the Green Deal of the European Union. You centralize and coordinate the audit of the contract within the department. You check sanction packages and ensure their timely and legal implementation. Furthermore, you conduct audits in all export-relevant legal areas. You implement the requirements of CBAM, EUDR and other regulatory requirements of the Green Deal of the European Union.
