For over 40 years, the workshop has been working in the Unna district as a motor for an offensive local labour market policy. Founded in 1984 as an association, the initiative is now active with locations throughout the Unna district. The workshop in Unna offers training and training for young people, women, longterm unemployed and immigrants.

In this project, we would like to enable long-term unemployed men and women to develop their own professional perspective (new) through individual coaching and professional practice, to identify their performance potentials, to develop their own professional perspective (new) and to support them in integration into the labour market.

For our motivated and intercultural team at Viktoriastraße 17 in Unna we are looking for you!

They bring with them:

• completed medical studies as well as successfully completed specialist training for occupational medicine or internal medicine
• at least one-year professional experience in working with people with health, social or psychological restrictions
• empathy and empathy in dealing with people in difficult situations of life (e.g. migration or escape background)
• knowledge of the practices of different cultures and understanding of disability as interplay between individual and the environment
• Team skills and willingness to interdisciplinary cooperation in multi-professional setting
• safe handling of digital media and willingness to use digital teaching and learning concepts in project implementation

Your tasks:

• medical assessment of the performance potential of participants with regard to their ability to work and communicate in the first labour market
• Assessment of somatic and psychological limitations as well as the introduction of further measures (e.g. medical rehabilitation, contact initiation to social-psychological centres)
• Participation in the clarification of whether an examination of the inability to acquire is indicated within the meaning of SGB VI
• interdisciplinary cooperation and case discussion with social pedagogical, ergotherapeutic and psycholgosichen professionals
• Documentation of medical findings and results according to the requirements of the service provider
