successfully completed training as a hotel specialist multi-year relevant professional experience in a similar position in the areas Logis / Front Office / Reservation good computer knowledge Oracle Suite 8 knowledge advantage very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing self-confidence towards employees and guests independent and good organization of the entire front office, even with high work volume high level of responsibility and commitment readiness and loyalty Social competence and team skills Communication strength and speech
