Plant Controller (m/f/d)

Conception and application of current and effective controlling concepts and the creation of transparency on performance and value flows Implementation of monthly and annual accounts Conducting analyses and creating calculations and presentations such as e.g. quantity and cost deviations, product calculations including post-calculations or ad-hoc requests Development of the ERP system for deviation analyses Identification and analysis of weaknesses, derivation of recommendations for action and implementation or Monitoring of these measures Development of the reporting system Creation of work budget planning including multiannual planning Implementation of the investment control Project support for other departments / Areas of Work / European HQ Participation in (internal, possibly European) financial projects Back-up function for the Statistics Department at the Günzburg plant and the Controlling department at the Duisburg plant

Completion of a study of economic sciences with a focus on controlling / accounting or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in controlling a manufacturing company Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access as well as relevant transaction and reporting systems Analytical and conversion-oriented thinking Transposition and high social competence High stress resistance and organizational talent Very good English language skills
