Site Manager HLS (m/f/d)

Own-responsible construction line in the area of heating, ventilation and sanitation (HLS) for demanding construction projects Plan coordination and audit of technical documentation and documentation Participation in close coordination with the overall project manager in tenders, awards and bills Consultation of the client (e.g. optimization potentials in planning and execution) Organisation and monitoring of commissioning and handover to the customer Accompanying expert collection including instruction and documentation Ensuring compliance with VOH, dates, costs and quality standards Documentation of construction progress, defect tracking and contract management

Completed vocational training in connection with a degree as a technician / master (m/w/d) and/or a completed study in the field of supply technology / building technology or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in the building management HLS, ideally desirable in construction ideally experience dealing with industry-standard software (MS Office, 3D processing programs, iTWO) Ability to work independently and structured Safe and sovereign occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement Personal commitment, reliability and team spirit
