Authorized Signatory & Head of Business Development (m/f/d)

Strategic business development Identification and development of new business areas in the field of mobile mapping, transport infrastructure digitization and geoinformation systems.

Development of growth strategies in cooperation with management.

Market and competition analyses for the areas of road information systems, BIM and digital twins.

Establish strategic partnerships with technology providers, authorities and engineering offices.

Implementation and identification of acquisition activities and opportunities

Commercial control Responsibility for budget and financial planning.

Controlling and KPI management for mobile mapping projects.

Optimization of project profitability through efficient resource planning and control.

Responsibility for pricing and offerings for large projects.

Commercial accompaniment of public tenders (including road construction administrations, state enterprises).

Operational project management Head of major projects (e.g. road information banks for federal states).

Coordination of interdisciplinary teams from survey engineers, software developers and GIS specialists.

Quality and appointment management in complex mobile mapping projects.

Interface with public sector and infrastructure managers.

Ensuring technical feasibility in coordination with the departments

Organizational development & leadership Construction and development of structures for the scaling of the company.

Promoting cooperation within the Deutsche InfraSoft Group.

Mentoring of junior executives.

Process optimization and digitization of internal processes.

Active preparation for subsequent management responsibility.

Required qualifications and experience A degree in surveying, geodesy, geoinformatics, geomatics or geography with a technical focus.

Add on: With commercial and economic deepening.

Minimum requirements: Min. 6 years of professional experience, of which at least 2 years in senior function.

Detectable successes in the management of complex (infrastructure) projects.

Experience in business development or strategic projects.

Ideal experience in the following areas: Mobile mapping, geodata acquisition: Practical project experience with laser scanning, photogrammetry, GNSS/INS systems.

Transport infrastructure: cooperation with road construction administrations, Landesbetriebe, Autobahn GmbH.

GIS & Software Solutions: Understanding geographic information systems and their application.

Public tenders: experience with VOB/VOL/HOAI and complex procurement procedures.

BIM (Building Information Modeling): knowledge in infrastructure modelling.

Digitization projects: Transformation of analogue to digital processes.

Entrepreneurship: Self-responsible, solution-oriented action.

Cost-benefit thinking and economic decision-making.

Hands-on mentality – also in operational details at home.

Understanding technical feasibility and economic profitability.
