Head of Accounting/Controlling (m/w/d)

For the next stage of development of our financial department, we are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking leadership, which, together with a motivated team, further professionalises, digitizes and further develops our accounting and controlling. The focus is always on quality, efficiency and team spirit.

You conduct a dedicated team of five colleagues in the fields of financial accounting, wage accounting and controlling You are responsible for the proper accounting according to HGB as well as the correct and timely preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for several companies You start our reporting in Excel and the associated deviation analyses You build a first easy group reporting You continue developing our controlling, leading to a powerful internal service provider with high data and service quality and quick response to inquiries You are the central contact person for the assessment of tax and accounting issues, both internally and for tax advisors, auditors and auditors You recognize taxable or balance-sheet relevant facts early and introduce proactive pragmatic solution proposals You are actively working on the further development, digitization and professionalization of financial and wage accounting processes You work closely with the Head of Finance

A completed economic study ideally with a focus on accounting/controlling or a comparable qualification (e.g. as audited account holderin or tax specialistin) Knowledge of tax and balance sheet law as well as several years of professional experience in financial accounting and/or controlling, ideally with leadership experience Secure handling of DATEV firm accounting; Experience with Sage is a plus You work autonomously, you are happy to decide and take responsibility You think analytically, trades solution-oriented and enjoy actively shaping and optimizing processes You like to go to the discussion with relevant stakeholders to find the best solution for the company
