Your duties As a senior working physician*in for our Bühl site, you can take care of approx. 5,000 commercial and commercial-technical employees and work closely in the interdisciplinary team consisting of occupational medicine, occupational safety, health care and nursing, physiotherapy, ergonomics and psychology. Your employees (approx. 7 people) know you to guide, motivate and promote competently and team-oriented. They carry out all tasks under the Industrial Safety Act and the DGUV 2 and bear responsibility for the field of medical services. Strategic activities, such as the development and further development of occupational health management, are part of the daily business as well as business topics, e.g. the creation of reporting and budget planning. However, they also take on operational tasks, such as the (preventive) consultation of employees, the implementation of risk assessments, investigations and workplace visits, and ensuring emergency care at the site. Your cross-site exchange and close cooperation with all internal and external interfaces in the areas of environment, health and safety contributes to the further development of the medical service.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Experience in general and emergency medicine desirable Ideally, training authority for the additional name of occupational medicine and field name of occupational medicine Experience in leading a (interdisciplinary) team of advantage Good business knowledge and experience in an industrial enterprise desirable Impressed team spirit, good organisational skills and joy in the further development of occupational health issues Good MS Office knowledge and driver's license (to supply external works) German language skills in word and writing
