Your profile:

• completed studies of social education/work or social work, medical, rehabilitation or special education (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) or • further degrees (Diplom, Bachelor, Master or Magister Artium) with the supplementary subjects or Education/social work or rehabilitation, special education or youth assistance

Teachers without the above-mentioned supplementary subjects or Studies must demonstrate at least one year of professional experience with the target group within the last five years. Ideally, you should experience this task.

• positive basic attitude and a recognizable attitude towards people with multiple inhibitions • empathy and structured, independent thinking and working • Motivation, commitment and team skills • Very good reflectivity • good PC knowledge • Ideally safe handling of document management programs

Your main activities include:

The vocational entry guidance is an individual and continuous support of the individual participating person who is oriented towards the specific situation of life and the respective need for support.

The tasks to be performed in the occupational entry management are assigned to the following fields of activity:

• Completion of a general education • Support for professional orientation and career choice • Training site search • Support in transition periods between school and vocational training • Stabilisation of training.

The target group includes lower-performance pupils seeking a primary school degree or middle school degree (e.g. real school degree) and are likely to have difficulties in obtaining them. In this group of persons it can be assumed that integration into training will also be associated with difficulties after the end of the school. Pupils seeking a degree of funding also belong to the target group, as far as a subsequent vocational training appears achievable.
