About the company

For a growing and crisis-proof company in the area of Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, we are looking for a / a team leader (m/w/d) for the internal SAP team in an indefinite setting directly at the company.

Leadership & Development of the Internal SAP & IT Application Team Expansion of the Structured Operations & Support Area incl. roles, responsibilities and processes Optimization of requirements management including prioritization and coordination with specialist areas Close cooperation with the project team as well as interface to IT management, departments and external partners Promoting a modern mindset: Take employees, develop, empower Secure a stable operation across all applications, including prioritization of critical incidents

Completed study or training with IT-Background Found experience in managing IT teams, preferably in the SAP or application management environment Good knowledge of common SAP modules and experience in organizational development, agile working methods and change management Ability to take people along the path of change and to develop a team sustainably Understanding SAP landscapes, complemented by process and service orientation Safe in stakeholder management, strong communication and structured Very good German and good English skills
