You take over the planning of the implementation of predetermined training phases according to the Business Training Plan (BAP) The placement of the knowledge and skills defined in the training regulations and agreed in the BAP in the training workshop will be assured You also take on the professional guidance of trainees in the execution of activities according to the state of the art and in the organisation of work You're thinking of a continuous development of training concepts and processes The design of project-oriented training, including modern media and methods, is your responsibility You accompany the trainees in the technical field in all training phases Together with our customers, you support learning processes and lead the trainees to the successful completion of training

Your profile:
