Project Manager Internal Control (m/f/d)

Analysis & Design: You analyse existing financial processes, identify proactive risks and potential for improvement and design tailor-made control measures Implementation Guide: You assist in the operational implementation of controls and ensure their smooth integration into working day Monitoring & Reporting: You monitor the effectiveness of the implemented measures and report the status regularly to both local management and group management Test management: You accompany internal and external audits and support the definition and follow-up of resulting corrective measures Internal communication: You act as ambassadors for internal control and communicate decisions and strategic developments transparently into the organization

Qualification: You have completed studies in the field of business management, finance, auditing, business informatics or a comparable qualification Professional experience: You bring relevant experience in the field of internal control, audit, risk management or compliance (ideally 3–5 years). You have well-founded experience in project management as well as managing complex topics and transformation processes Personality: You are strong in communication, diplomatically dealing with changes and have the necessary enforcement capability to establish compliance standards in a sustainable manner. Their work is characterized by a high self-initiative and the ability to prepare complex processes structured Competences: Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and a profound understanding of the process Communication: You communicate with different stakeholders and work with enthusiasm across areas Languages: German and English skills are required for this international interface function
