Leadership and further development of employees in controlling taking into account change management processes within the group Sparring partners for cost centers and market leaders in business issues in the national and international environment Analysis, optimization and continuous development of existing control processes Establishment and further development of control-oriented reporting Responsibility for planning, implementation and optimization of budget and forecast processes incl. Consolidation at Group level Identification and implementation of optimization potentials to reduce process costs and increase the degree of digitization Examination of the annual accounts of the Group companies and evaluation of ongoing projects under the annual accounts Preparation of deviation analyses and implementation of ad hoc and special evaluations

Successfully completed studies of economics, economics or a comparable focus Multiannual professional experience in controlling both in the international group environment and in the owner-managed middle class Advanced leadership experience of teams with at least five employees Found experience in the implementation and development of controlling processes as well as in change management processes Very good knowledge of cost accounting instruments and project controlling, ideally in plant engineering Embossed communication and moderation capabilities across different leadership levels and organisational areas High team and conflict capability, pronounced self-reflection and security in handling complex organizational structures Ability to combine flexibility in thinking with structured working methods Digital reduction, high self-motivation and targeted and enthusiastic action Strong business understanding, pronounced IT affinity and secure application of different planning methods and forecast models
