You serve as an interface between the internal compartments and our after-pass drivers. You take over the initial training and training of local drivers in theory and practice. In doing so, you provide the company-specific knowledge so that the local drivers represent DACHSER optimally. You accompany the driver's personnel in the day-to-day business and assist in the optimization of local transport tours. You provide assistance in efficient loading space use, cargo securing, hazardous goods handling and tour documentation.

You have a completed vocational training as a professional driver (m/w/d) or an equivalent qualification with CE driver license including the modules by professional driver qualification law and the ADR certificate. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as desirable knowledge in an Eastern European language. You are pleased with the analysis of processes, the handling of people and the communication of knowledge. Your profile is rounded off by good communication skills and an independent, accurate and responsible way of working.
