As a strategic:r specialist:in Finance and Procurement, you are responsible for the design, coordination and continuous improvement of central finance processes, such as business and medium-term planning, reporting and forecasts. You develop concepts for increasing efficiency, standardization and digitization. You will ensure the quality, consistency and meaningfulness of reports, presentations and calculations. You recognize new requirements from the specialist areas early on, take appropriate measures and advance the further development of the IT systems, tools and formats used. You carry out cross-disciplinary tasks as well as your own initiatives and projects, tax them independently and evaluate progress, risks and impact. In addition, you support reporting to the department management and management. The independent cooperation in strategic projects and working groups is of course yours. In addition, you are responsible for clearly defined (partial) projects with design space and decision-making competence. You work closely with colleagues from Finance and Procurement as well as the adjacent business areas. Through your proactive integration of relevant stakeholders, you promote transparency, a common understanding and strong cooperation.

You have a degree in economics with a focus on controlling, business informatics/engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year, practice-proven professional experience in controlling, investment, energy management, consulting, auditing or in the private equity environment. In addition, you have well-founded knowledge of process and quality management, ideally complemented by experience with methods for continuous improvement (KVP) as well as several years of experience in the successful management and implementation of projects. Sovereign appearance with safe presentation skills, solution orientation and improvisation talent characterize your personality. A high IT affinity, very good user knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint as well as ideally first experiences with BI solutions are advantageous. In addition, you have at least good English knowledge in word and writing.
