Senior Consultant Occupational Pensions – with the prospect of team leadership (m/f/d)

You provide advice and support to companies as well as their utilities in all aspects of occupational pensions (bAV, bKV, working time accounts and other corporate benefits). As a central contact person, you develop existing customer relationships and accompany challenging projects – from conception to implementation. You advise on tax, labour, social insurance and insurance issues and develop individual solutions for your customers. You identify business potentials, support new customers and use cross-selling opportunities. You work closely with internal departments and external partners and contribute to the further development of our consulting standards and processes. You take over cross-customer responsibility and develop towards team management.

Successfully completed training or studies in the insurance, financial or economic field. Multiannual experience in occupational pensions, ideally in consulting corporate customers. Knowledge of the tax, labour and social security rights relating to occupational pensions. Embossed consulting and sales expertise and joy in building long-term customer relationships. Structured, self-responsible operation and safe occurrence to customers and decision-makers. Good knowledge of English and interest in digital processes and modern consulting solutions.
