Comprehensive legal advice from the Executive Board, executives and employees in all legal matters, including the processing of external enquiries, administrative procedures and the representation of the corporate position to the outside Analysis of complex issues, development, evaluation and coordination of legally sound options for action, and the issue of individual case-related legal advice in written and oral form Control and coordination of external legal advisers as well as accompaniment or takeover of the process management in all jurisdictions Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the judiciary including data protection, compliance and anti-corruption functions Strategic further development of company-wide cross-sectional functions, in particular data protection, compliance management and corruption prevention, as well as performance of tasks as a compliance officer and opposition body in administrative procedures Construction, control and continuous optimization of contract and award management including process standardization, controlling and consulting of the specialist areas

Full jury with multi-year leadership experience, ideally with admission as a syndicate lawyer or Syndicus attorney Knowledge of compliance and data protection, including certification as a compliance officer and experience in the introduction and implementation of legally secure processes Proven experience in project work and consulting complex business processes, especially at the interface of law, organization and management Representative management and method skills in strategy implementation, resource planning, process, quality and project management as well as sovereign moderation and presentation capability Experienced management personality with pronounced self-guiding and decision-making capability and constructive handling of resistances High communication and integration competence combined with team skills and service orientation
