The subject area GP3 “Bayerische Gesundheitsagentur, Gesundheitsversorgung” (Bayerische Gesundheitsagentur, Gesundheitsversorgung) is looking for a

(m/w/d) Health Sciences / Bachelor Public Health or comparable Reference number 2562

The field of health care creates concepts and supports measures to preserve and improve medical care in rural areas. It advises local stakeholders on health care issues, supports cooperation and coordination in the care sector, cross-disciplinary approaches and community networking activities in health care. In addition, the subject accompanies funding programmes to ensure and further develop health care of the Bavarian State Ministry for Health, Care and Prevention (StMGP) professionally, prepares scientific opinions and reviews, is involved in project assignments and project management professionally and advises on health care including health economic issues.

Versatile tasks that you challenge

• Examination of applications for support from the Landarzt Premium via the established hardness case check, which is made data-based via different data sources (data sheets), MS Excel and electronic files
• Necessary adaptation and updating of data entered into the hardness test
• Documentation of work (including electronic storage)
• Technical support of the Legal Department in case of judicial proceedings in relation to the hardness case examinations
• Search for background information (e.g. Statistical Office, etc.)
• Maintaining a nationwide database on medical support programs
• Support in the analysis and presentation of scientific findings and practical experience as well as participation in the development of specialist concepts in the fields of the subject area
• Supporting the Health Regions Plus (including through research and preparation of relevant background information for consulting activities, evaluations and documentation)
• Participation in the newsletter of the Department of Health Regions
• Support for activities of public relations and events
• Support for the management of the property and the management of the property for technical and administrative tasks

A CV that convinces us

• Bachelor degree in a university or university degree in the field of Public Health and Diploma in a Higher Education Programme in the field of Health Sciences, Management and Economics
• Higher education at least with the grade “good”
• Interest in health policy and health issues
• Routine and interest in handling MS Excel as well as numbers and datasheets
• Experience in dealing with research systems and in internet search

Employment ratio / assessment

The employment is first established by a two-year fixed-term employment relationship. Unlimited follow-up employment is aimed at probation. The remuneration depends on the regulations of the TV-L. The planned grouping is carried out according to qualifications and personal advances in E 9b.
