Your role End-to-End Responsibility for Strategic Purchasing of Mechanical, Electronic and Optics Components: Development and Implementation of Material Group and Supplier Strategies (Incl. Bundling, Dual/Multi-Sourcing, Cost and Risk Programs)

Analysis and evaluation of offers based on defined KPI and the management of complex price and contract negotiations.

Building and further development of strategic supplier partnerships with regular reviews and escalation management

Close cooperation with development, production, quality and controlling for the early integration of the purchase into product development and industrialization projects as well as the planning of production materials.

Monitoring and control of framework contracts and licensing agreements in coordination with Legal/Compliance and active supplier and procurement risk management to ensure cost, quality, technology and security of supply.

Successfully completed technical or business studies

Multiannual practical experience in purchasing production materials, ideally in the fields of electronics, mechanics or optics, as well as very good technical expertise (e.g. reading technical drawings, understanding manufacturing processes and specifications).

Proofably strong negotiating and communication skills, safe in handling national and international suppliers and in coordination with internal interfaces.

Funded knowledge in contract management and dealing with licensing agreements, ideally in close cooperation with Legal/Compliance.

Embossed analytical and strategic thinking skills, an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working as well as high team and interface competence in a cross-functional environment.

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, certainly in presentations, negotiations and contract documentation.
