Your tasks

• independent coordination of the area
• Planning, booking and billing of business trips in Germany and abroad
• Installation of orders and appointment and order tracking in SAP
• Coordination of workshops and meetings
• Acquisition of general administrative tasks in front and back office

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in the field of assistance at management level
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Used in handling MS-Office
• Embossed communication skills and high sense of responsibility
