In the IT-Security Operations team, you are responsible for the safe operation of our IT environments: Operation and Monitoring of Security Infrastructure (Elastic, Thruk, Microsoft 365 Defender) Monitoring of security events and log data (SIEM/SOC), analysis of alerts and prioritisation and processing of incidents Initial evaluation of vulnerability scans, support in the coordination of patches and remediation measures Security Incidents (1st/2nd level), including documentation and Lessons Learned Care and development of security policies, operating documentation and playbooks Close cooperation with IT infrastructure, application managers and, if necessary, external service providers Working with security awareness measures and support in internal audits and audits

Complete training or studies in the IT field (e.g. specialist, computer science, business informatics) or comparable qualification Professional experience in IT operations, ideally focusing on IT security operations Advanced knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Endpoint Security (EDR/Antivirus) Identity and Access Management / Active Directory / Microsoft Entra Vulnerability Management / Patch Management SIEM / Log management

Basic understanding of relevant safety standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, BSI I T basic protection) Structured, responsible operation and enjoyment of operational activity in “Daily Business” Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
