Number: MER00048HS The Mercedes-Benz Global Logistics Center in Germersheim is the heart of the global spare parts supply of Mercedes-Benz. With a storage area of over one million square meters and around 3,000 employees, we control the worldwide availability of our products. In the field of human resources management, we accompany a wide range of HR topics along the Employee Lifecycle, from recruiting and personnel development to personnel planning and labour law and personal policy issues. For this exciting and varied task we are looking for you as an intern*in. Your tasks in detail: Support for operational HR topics and cooperation in projects together with HR Business Partners

Participation in the development and implementation of concepts of personnel development, in particular for junior executives

Organisation and coordination of workshops, seminars, projects and events

Insights into diverse HR topics such as recruiting trainees, maladministration management, operational integration management and labour law and personal policy issues

Support for personnel planning and personnel reporting

Degree course in the field of economics, law, social sciences or a comparable degree course focusing on human resources management Ideally first practical experiences in the HR environment Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Teamability and a structured, independent and independent way of working High communication strength, flexibility and interest in HR topics Organisational skills and creativity in developing new ideas Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
