These tasks await you:

• You are the first contact person for questions concerning the commercial training for trainees, students and trainers
• Strategic training planning is also one of your tasks
• In addition, you will be responsible for the processing of personal data (including master data management, time management and payment accounting) for the commercial trainees and students
• They act as an interface to vocational schools and universities and represent VS in working groups
• They are responsible for the training process at VS and carry out regular evaluations in the field of continuing training
• In addition, you will support commercial interns
• They are responsible for organizing and carrying out events (e.g. introduction days, azuubic breakfast, day of training, childcare etc.)
• You also take over the process responsibility for the Dualis certificate
• They represent VS in working groups, classes/parent evenings, etc.

• You have a completed training or a completed study
• They have several years of professional experience in the field of education and training
• In addition, you have good communication skills
• You are an organizational institution
• You have already gained first experience in the field of SAP and in the field of pay billing
• Your profile is rounded off by high empathy in dealing with trainees and students
