Responsibility for your own post: You guide your post independently and are responsible for the preparation and presentation of food in your area. Coordination of the kitchen: You support the chef in organizing the daily business and coordinate the processes in your area of responsibility. Mise en Place and preparation: You make sure your item is perfectly prepared at any time and all ingredients are ready. Quality control: You make sure that all dishes meet the highest requirements and ensure perfect hygiene in your work area. Order and storage: You take responsibility for storage and support in the acceptance of goods and order to ensure the freshness and quality of food.

Completed training as a cook/kitchen and several years of professional experience, ideally in high gastronomic establishments. Passion for cuisine and a high level of commitment. Teamability and durability to work efficiently with the kitchen team in a dynamic environment. Careful and precise operation with an eye for quality and details. Good knowledge of German or English.
