For the ''HFPO4 Finance & Controlling ISTAR' section, we are looking at the location in Aalen at the next possible time Finance Business Partner - ISTAR (w/m/d) The area is responsible for carrying out all commercial tasks within the ISTAR program area, including the performance of control and control tasks to implement the program-specific business objectives.

Commercial support for internal development projects and external funding projects and studies in the field of ISTAR Commercial contact for project managers as well as close coordination with the project core team and supporting areas (e.g. controlling, accounting, pricing) Support in the creation of business cases and annual impairment tests according to IAS 38 Own creation of commercial offers (calculation, commercial conditions) as well as commercial responsibility in offering and contract negotiations Development and introduction of new pricing concepts for software in close coordination with all relevant stakeholders Development and implementation of efficiency enhancement measures Responsibility for the project controlling including cost-to-compliance and EAC analyses as well as target-act comparisons and for the proper commercial project execution with the focus on cost optimization, payment management, claim management and wafer management as well as chance and risk management Accounting and receivable management as well as cash management including reporting Auditing the balance sheet regularity of all accounting with respect to IFRS 15 and HGB and taking into account audit and audit issues Creation of planning (business planning, Outlooks, scenarios, utilisation planning) and reports as well as support for monthly and annual accounts Work on operational reporting in the area of responsibility Support in the development of business plans Creation of ad hoc evaluations

Complete study of business management, economic engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in finance and/or controlling Experience in project, supply and contract management Very good knowledge in handling MS Office as well as good SAP skills (modules SD and PS) knowledge of public price law of advantage Very good communication skills, enforcement strength and strong team skills Analytical, structured and independent and proactive methods German and English skills
