You monitor plant operation, analyze malfunctions and guide appropriate measures to correct errors As a technical contact you support our service technicians as well as customers during commissioning and during operation You coordinate service operations in coordination with the project and construction management and prepare them technically You're planning system documentation, configuration data and service reports in the corresponding IT systems

Complete training in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology or a comparable qualification Ideal knowledge in the field of photovoltaics, charging infrastructure or energy systems Technical understanding of network technology, remote control technology and digital communication systems Safe handling of popular PC applications and the willingness to work into new software solutions knowledge of civil engineering Structured, self-responsive operation as well as pronounced service and customer orientation
