Expert Back Office Training Management & Skills Development (m/f/d)

In this role, you contribute to the professional planning, organisation and continuous improvement of training, skills retention and further development of our air traffic controllers. You actively participate in the further development and updating of the documents for operational training as well as the operational maintenance of competences of air traffic controllers and implement their own ideas. In coordination with the DAS regional airports, you will create the annual plan for all DAS internal competence conservation trainings and will be responsible for their organization and documentation. You support the planning and organisation of the company's training and coordinate further necessary training courses. For a professional process, you will work on updating and further developing training documents (e.g. manuals, presentations, questions catalogues, course descriptions, simulator runs). You work closely with internal departments and the BAF and accompany licensing and authorization procedures. Internal and external audits prepare for and after. In addition, you take over the organisation as well as the preparation and preparation of cross-departmental bodies and meetings. You maintain and maintain the training and management systems used and drive their optimization forward. In addition, you take special tasks by appointment. In your function, you will report to the Head of Training & Proficiency.

You have a successfully completed degree in Aviation Management and Air traffic management or a comparable vocational training with corresponding professional experience and thus provide comprehensive knowledge of the ‘Aeronautical system’. In addition, you are characterized by safe occurrence, a high service orientation, organisational skill and joy in working with different contact persons. You work independently as well as targeted and appreciate a varied area of responsibility with different areas of responsibility. Very good knowledge with the popular MS Office applications. Good to very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
