Head of Division for Daycare Facilities (m/f/d)

Takeover of the service and technical supervision for a part of the municipal day care facilities with approx. 150 employees, including staff support (in particular BEM and occupational safety) Participation in the further development of our pedagogy and the quality management system as well as in demand planning Cooperation with internal and external partners and participation in meetings of overarching bodies Coordination and support of staffing procedures for pedagogical staff in daycare centres Content and organizational design of service meetings in close cooperation with two other departments and department management Communication with parents and parents advises when changes are made to comply with the requirements of the permit Responsibility for the notification pursuant to § 47 SGB VIII We reserve the right to carry out further tasks.

You have a completed social education degree (e.g. social education or elementary education) You like to take responsibility and have management experience in the field of day care You have a high level of communication competence, well-trained teaching knowledge and skills, a safe occurrence, high social competence and basic knowledge in quality management You use your knowledge of targeted and cooperative personnel management in the sense of organisational development
