Total responsibility for the location-crossing line and development of the hardware engineering sector for safety-critical air travel equipment Control of the production of specifications, hardware and circuit designs and complete verification methods with regard to power electronics, analogue and digital technology Ensuring a standard development according to DO‐254 and continuous optimization of all development and detection processes Leadership of the PCB‐Layout teams and the Component Management department as well as support for the electronics laboratories at the Dresden and Gilching sites Total responsibility for obsolescence management and development of effective prevention and risk strategies Planning and control of development projects with regard to quality, dates and budget, taking into account the specific requirements of air transport

With a completed study of electrical engineering (or comparable), you will bring several years of experience in the management of technical teams, including site-wide cooperation in hardware engineering, for safety-critical systems. You have well-founded knowledge of power electronics, analog and digital technology, as well as hardware and circuit design; desired value is a safe handling of DO‐254. You have demonstrable experience in project management in terms of quality, dates and budget, with due regard to air travel specific requirements. Very good knowledge of German and English, a structured, solution-oriented way of working, as well as communication and decision strength complete your profile.
