You carry out the handling of the local drivers. You are responsible for monitoring the second tours. You support the day-to-day operations and take over general administrative tasks. You accept the pick-up orders and collect them in the system. You take over the avenue of shipments in customer portals and in trade recipients. You ensure the digitization of documents/rolling cards. You work with the yard control program yard management.

You have a completed commercial training - ideally to the merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services and/or have professional experience in the truck disposition of a forwarding. You are safe in handling the current MS Office applications. You ideally have first knowledge of vehicle types and charging options as well as driving time controls. You have good geographic knowledge. You bring good English knowledge in word and writing. You are convinced by your careful and conscientious work. You appear polite and professional.
