Responsibility: From the outset, you will take care of your own area and will assist the management of our 4 Becker companies for all matters relevant to controlling. They establish or deepen our uniform corporate processes and standards. Analytical work: You prepare the monthly management reporting (including raw yield and EBITDA compensation), create analyses as well as consistency checks and communicate closely with management to prepare decisions with influence on the company's outcome. They support the further development of the business by, among other things, accompanying our companies in larger investment projects and by independently producing regular financial reports related to LME transactions. In addition, analyse LME market data and derive financial recommendations. At least three to five years of professional experience in Group Participation Controlling, preferably in an internationally established manufacturing company Complete studies in finance or controlling or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the financial sector with a focus on LME businesses desirable Knowledge of SAP (especially SAP BW), Infor LN and Power BI Very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel) The ability to analyze complex relationships and to illustrate them in a comprehensible manner Very efficient, target- and result-oriented operation and the ability to quickly adjust to new situations Representative initiative and commitment Communication strength, persuasion and enforcement Good knowledge of English
