In order to strengthen our team and secure the smooth running in the daily business, we are now looking for an experienced and structured service power right now in full time / part time. Our opening hours are Winter throughout Mo+So 12-18am Mi-Sa 9-18am. In summer Mo+So 12-19 o'clock, Mi-Sa 9-19 o'clock.

This could soon be your tasks:

• Service on top level: cordial, professional care and advice of our guests in indoor and outdoor areas.
• Independently responsible preparation of waffles etc. demanding ice cups, coffee specialties and cold drinks.
• Process coordination: organisation of stations, coordination of assistance and securing short waiting times also on busy days.
• Cash management: Reliable crediting, depreciation and daily closing.
• Quality and hygiene assurance: monitoring and compliance with the HACCP guidelines throughout the guest area.

You should bring that with you:

• Finded gastro experience: You have already worked successfully in the service, ideally in a well visited ice cream café, café or restaurant.
