Supporting the PLM users in the design in the 1st and 2nd level support. Own implementation of the developments and configurations of PLM tools. Support in the selection, adaptation and deployment of software tools in hardware engineering. Research, test and inform the user about digitalization topics such as SAP Fiori, S/4 HANA or SAP PEO. Deliver contributions to the creation and maintenance of the PLM roadmap.
