Number: MER0003XW6 Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) is responsible for the global parts and service business of Mercedes-Benz AG. With over one million square meters of storage space, the Global Logistics Center (GLC) in Germersheim is the world's largest warehouse for automotive spare parts and, at the same time, the headquarters of the global Mercedes-Benz After-Sales Supply Chain Network. Analysis and Optimization: Planning, implementation and documentation of target-actual analyses to identify potential for improvement

Stakeholder coordination: close cooperation with cross-departmental teams and stakeholders along the entire supply chain

Process design: Introduction, documentation and continuous development of system processes in the field of inbound

Workshop management: preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops and structured documentation in Confluence and Jira

Agiles project management: active cooperation in a Scrum team
