Consultant Safety Management System Railway Operations

Your tasks: In this job, you continuously develop the safety management system for DB Bahnbau Group's railway operations (in particular according to the requirements of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018 / 762) and implement the necessary rules Your goal is to systematically control the operational risks in railway operations and to ensure continuous improvement of railway safety You are the first respondent to all issues relating to the security management system, ensuring compliance with the related legal, regulatory and internal requirements and also conducting audits on the security management system As part of your function, you evaluate both the process aspects and events in railway operations and, together with the railway management, are responsible for deriving, implementing and maintaining effective measures You are responsible for preparing and implementing the extension of the safety certificate as a prerequisite for the railway operation of the DB Bahnbau Group In addition, analyse and evaluate dangerous events recorded in our databases, as well as near incidents in railway operations, and evaluate data from the Electronic Driver Registration (EFR) of motor vehicles and secondary vehicles You'll start and plead a meaningful dashboard for evaluating events in railway operations as well as EFR data and continuously develop it In order to inform you about new developments and best practices in railway operations, you participate in specialist events, pass your knowledge internally (e.g. in training) and promote technical exchange on safety-relevant topics
