For our famila warehouse in Reinbek we are looking for a department manager (m/w/d) for the area of cash and customer service in parttime.

You lead and train your team and plan to use the staff You are contact person (m/w/d) for handling all systems at famila, in particular the cash register system, and for the postpoint Your responsibility lies in the counting of funds, as well as the correct inventory management You have the development of costs and sales, as well as regular inventory to product disposition and flow in mind and ensure a smooth process here You advise our customers competently and courteously and inspire them with an appealing presentation of goods

You have completed commercial training in trade or banking You can demonstrate good PC skills and have great interest in technical progress You have a high sense of responsibility and are a real team player You show great enthusiasm for dealing with the customer in the direct sales talk You already have first experience in staff management
