This makes the position

KLE Klinik Logistik & Engineering GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). We coordinate and optimize all logistics processes for the UKE and are responsible for the maintenance of the entire medical technology. The KLE forms the entire supply chain – from procurement to storage, transport, delivery of the materials to patients: inside to disposal.

In addition, the patient's fields of activity include: inland transport, the treatment of reusable medical devices, instrument management and other diverse logistics services on the clinic grounds. For the UKE, we take over the medical technology planning services and are responsible for their maintenance and maintenance.

This position is for the first time limited to 12 months. A later takeover into an indefinite working relationship is sought.

The VSH tariff agreement together with domestic expansion agreements applies.

Your task:

• Telephone appointment after patient:internal diagnosis
• Cooperation with more than 20 specialist departments
• Processing written requests by e-mail
• answering questions about appointment and outpatient stay

• You have a successfully completed training for health and nursing:in, emergency medical:in, MFA or comparable
• You are also welcome to cross-release:inside with sound medical knowledge
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing, other languages are advantageous
• In stress situations, you always keep the calm and overview.
• Team and customer-oriented ways of handling are of course for you
• They are characterized by their own initiative, organisational and communication skills, speech and team skills

Immunity status

An adjustment is only possible if, according to the applicable (legal and medical) requirements against the measles virus, a complete immunization or Immunity evidence is available. This must be demonstrated by appropriate documents (e.g. vaccination card) before the start of employment.
