You equip and customize CNC machining centers (3-axis / 5-axis) and manufacture complex components You create, drive and optimize CNC milling programs directly at the control (e.g. Heidenhain / Siemens) or prepare them for CAM connections You independently measure and test the manufactured workpieces by means of modern measuring technology according to technical drawings and tolerance specifications You select tools, optimize cutting data and continuously monitor the process to avoid reject You inspect, maintain and regularly wait the milling machines to ensure a consistently high production quality
You bring at least 2 years of professional experience as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) field of milling technology, precision mechanics (m/w/d) or in a comparable field of metalworking with You have completed vocational training in the field mentioned or a comparable qualification in the metal sector. You have good knowledge of CNC milling and are safe to use common controls (ideally Heidenhain or Siemens) You can safely read and understand technical drawings, shape and position tolerances You work independently, precise and structured with a pronounced awareness of micrometer accuracy You are reliable, committed and enjoy working together in a family team You communicate safely in German (level B2) to master technical agreements in the team smoothly
