Planning, organisation and monitoring of cleaning processes and services including bed preparation in a part of the clinic with up to 50 cleaning staff Personnel selection with personnel deployment planning or service planning, personnel management and guidance of cleaning staff according to hygiene and safety requirements Implementation of employee feedback and outcome and quality controls using a tablet Ensuring the economic viability of the allocated subarea Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

If possible with a sought-after or comparable professional image, but also as a cross-comer (m/w/d) Experience in the service sector, employee management and knowledge of hospital cleaning desirable, but no condition High flexibility, team skills, leadership skills and independent working Quality and cost awareness Ready-to-use, safe and service-oriented appearance, openness, competent handling of customers and employees Openness and appreciation to our diverse, intercultural team Good computer skills, mostly MS Office applications, utility program willingness to work on weekends every five to six weeks (flexibly remunerated as leisure compensation or as additional merit)
