The team CKD-Versand Untertürkheim is responsible for the worldwide supply of our international CKD assembly plants with components and aggregates. The focus is on efficient processes, transparency in shopfloor management and the continuous digitization of logistics processes. We are a dedicated team with workstation in the heart of the Stuttgart harbour at the Nordkai and place great emphasis on open, value-adding cooperation. As part of this internship, you will get exciting insights into the operational and strategic CKD logistics. You support our team in current tasks and projects, participate in the further development of our processes and digital solutions and gather valuable experiences in an international environment.

Your tasks Support for projects in the CKD environment and the creation and updating of process descriptions, work instructions and documentation for service providers Preparation, support and active participation in the shopfloor management, for example by the preparation of key figures, the support of daily voting and the follow-up of measures Maintenance and updating of safety suspensions and structuring and further development of information on shopfloor and infoboards to promote transparency and communication in the operational field Mastery support in operational issues, voting and minor optimization measures in daily business Working in digitization and process optimization projects, in particular in the environment of Power BI (reporting, data processing and dashboards), and Celonis (process analysis and identification of potential improvement) Own takeover of smaller maintenance and optimization tasks in the field of reporting and process management The activity can begin from September 2026.

Studies in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable degree course Interest in logistics processes, production supply and supply chain management Safe handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Funded knowledge in the field of Power BI, Celonis, data analysis or process management are advantageous Analytical way of thinking and a structured and independent way of working Teamability, initiative and communication strength Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
