Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you Monitoring and analysis of partner performance in terms of revenues (GWP), partnership and stability • Development and monitoring of KPIs to assess the success of partnerships Coordination of cross-departmental initiatives to improve cooperation and implement joint action in case of plan deviations Provide optimization know-how across different industries Use of performance analyses and dashboards to identify opportunities and challenges Creating regular reports on partner performance and communication of results to management Participation in the strategic planning to integrate the partner strategies into the corporate strategy Developing long-term goals for partnerships in line with the corporate vision Promoting transparent internal communication between partners and internal teams on goals, progress and challenges Strengthening a cooperative corporate culture to support sustainable partnerships Active support for industry in implementing agreed measures and following progress to ensure planned performance improvements Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Degree of study with business, mathematical and technical orientation Multiannual professional experience, preferably in banks, consultancy or insurance companies Enthusiasm for data and IT as well as joy in the development of reporting and dashboards comprehensive knowledge of the insurance market, special focus on residual credit insurance, Ideally knowledge of automotive and mobility insurance, consumer finance, bancassurance and construction finance Very good analytical skills and high numerical understanding Very good knowledge in MS Excel (including pivot tables, power query, macros) as well as experience with Power BI Experience in handling large amounts of data and deriving recommendations Project management experience with different project methods German and English language skills in word and writing You don't meet any requirement?
